Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and career counselling to students and parents
• Handle queries about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
• Explain program benefits, curriculum, and career opportunities
• Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and inquiries
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets
• Convert leads into successful admissions
• Follow up with students and parents regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain records using CRM tools
• Stay updated with industry trends and career options

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred in Education or Psychology)
• 2–5 years of experience in counselling or education sales
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-based environment
• Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational off
